Our 4-Day Working Week
At Outcomes First Group, we believe in working smarter, not harder. Therefore, we operate a non-contractual 4-Day Working Week (4DWW) which means we work 20% fewer hours for 100% pay.
All permanent employees are eligible to enjoy reduced working hours as long as they maintain the expected standards and quality of their role.
All new, permanent, employees will be eligible for the 4DWW once they have completed a 6 - month probation. This benefit is not contractual and so you may required to work your 'rest day' on occasions.
