I'm Sophie and I'm the Resourcing Manager for the Central Services team. I help find amazing talent for all business units across central divisions and provide guidance and support to our internal stakeholders.

My top tip is to be authentic to who you are and confident in your ability as you progress through the application process. Being overprepared shows you are motivated and can help calm any nerves, and so preparation and knowledge is key!
