​Hi, I am Leighann and, along with my team, I am responsible for the recruitment of staff into our wonderful Options Schools and Residential Sites. We support all of the day-to-day recruitment, strategy and events.

My top tip is to use all of your experience to showcase your skill set, we want to know the whole person.  Whether it is personal, professional or volunteering experience, it makes you who you are.
