​Hello, I’m Claire Howarth, the Head of Resourcing at Outcomes First Group. My job role consists of supporting and developing the resourcing strategy and overall running of the resourcing function. Our amazing team source and place exceptional talent into our organisation, who go on to play a crucial role in developing the outcomes of those we care for and educate.
